Wisdom Teeth

My son had a very smooth experience with Dr. Heifetz-Li for the extraction of all four of his wisdom teeth. The team kept me updated throughout the procedure while I waited outside. Afterward, Dr. Heifetz-Li personally came out to speak with me, and he even followed up with a phone call later that day to check on how my son was doing. Rachel, one of the team members, walked me through all the home care instructions in great detail. She also acted quickly and kindly by helping my son into a wheelchair and bringing him to our car when he was having trouble walking. The entire team was incredibly professional and caring — it’s no surprise our dentist recommended them for the surgery. Highly recommended!

I got my Wisdom teeth out (my first ever surgical procedure) and everyone was absolutely amazing. I am happy to say I have 0 pain and swelling is barely noticeable! I got the IV which pretty much knocked me out completely, surgery felt like 25 seconds. The IV that Dr. DB put in didn’t hurt at all, she’s incredible. The entire staff was so nice and made me super comfortable. I’m in shock that I have no pain and minimal swelling. I woke up, startedto cry, and hugged the assistant and doctor because I was absolutely in shock how fast and easy the procedure was. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family!

I want to give a huge shoutout to the Guilford office. From the front desk all the way to my doctor ( Dr. Heifetz-Li). I received the best care imaginable. I was initially scared and nervous because i’m very anxious when it comes to going to the dentist, let alone have to get 6 teeth extracted (my wisdom teeth and two others) at once. I truly feel that it doesn’t get any better than Dr.Heifetz-Li. He is definitely a dentist who loves what he does. He made the process so smooth, constantly asked me if i had any concerns, and ensured i was pain-free during the procedure. Outside of him being highly-skilled, the procedure didn’t take long at all (about an hour exactly). He even called me a few hours after the procedure to check on me (to which i’ve never experienced before). All of which exemplifies his exceptional character that radiates beyond him being a doctor. Also i’m very grateful of the constant communication from the front desk receptionist. She helped me contact my dentist (which wasn’t easy) to ensure they had all the necessary items to carry out the procedure effortlessly. I couldn’t have been taken care of by a better team! P.S. I typed this review from my bed hours after my procedure because i felt that i couldn’t miss the opportunity to express my gratitude.

The staff at the Guilford office are so kind and patient. We never even had to wait more than a few minutes for our appointments. Their communication throughout the process was great too! They went above and beyond to make us and our intellectually disabled son feel comfortable and relaxed during a very stressful time. Dr. Heifitz-Li was exceptional throughout the whole process and we feel very lucky he was the one to remove our son's wisdom teeth and front tooth. He clearly loves his profession and puts his heart into his work!

I had such a great experience with Coastal Connecticut Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Office and I would definitely recommend getting your surgery done with their team. Their whole office provides such a friendly atmosphere that you don't want to miss out on because great service is what makes me stay. I am so appreciative on their staff's kindness and respect when I had my consultation and surgery here. My surgery went well and all the information was clearly emailed to me regarding pre surgery and post surgery. They have great communication and is always there to answer patient's questions right away during their office hours.

No need to feel nervous when coming to Costal CT in guilford. Im sure there other location in Hamden is just as professional! Great staff, friendly atmosphere and everyone was following COVID RESTRICTIONS!!!

Dr. Salomon and staff were amazing! Had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out, 2 of which were high risk along the nerve. Executed the surgery perfectly. Highly recommend! Came all the way from New York City for the procedure!

I cannot speak highly enough about the Guilford office. The ladies at the desk were so helpful and spoke to me with a smile, even when complications arose with some paperwork. Doctor Salomon and the surgical assistants eased all of my nerves going into my extraction and even had me laughing before it started. Doctor Salomon is very clear with instructions and answered all of my questions at my consultation and follow-up. The surgery was very quick and had no complications. I had very little discomfort after extraction and almost no swelling. Again, I very highly recommend Doctor Salomon and his staff in guilford.

My wisdom teeth removal went as smooth as could be. The front desk staff was diligent & knowledgable and the wait time was slim to none. Kathy, the surgical assistant, was incredibly nice, professional, and reassuring. Dr. Salomon is an absolute pro. My teeth were out in less than 20 minutes and I had minimal pain afterwards. Even when I was loopy from the anesthesia directly after the procedure, the staff was nothing but fun & professional. I would recommend Hamden-Shoreline to anyone.

I'm glad we decided to choose Hamden Shoreline for our child's wisdom teeth removal. The office staff was wonderful. Nancy in the Guilford office spent a lot of time on the phone with me due to my son's hectic filming schedule and reassured me that he was in good hands. She went out of her way to make sure to get us an appointment. The two Ally's that assistant Dr. Salomon were wonderful. My son was very scared and they went above and beyond to help him through this process. The office staff was very efficient and helpful with the appointments. I would recommend Dr Salomon to all my friends.
